We offer two options for delivering your orders, both ensuring safety and promptness: free delivery via express courier or pickup from our warehouse by appointment.
Delivery times vary: 24 hours for Northern Italy and 48 hours for Central-South. For Sicily, Sardinia, islands, and remote areas, delivery may require an additional 24-48 hours.*
In case of exceptional delays, we will promptly notify you via email or phone call.
Upon request, we can arrange floor transport service at an additional cost to be defined.

Shipping in Europe is free and is done via express courier.

Packaging Monitoring and Inspection:
Once the goods are shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with details for tracking the shipment directly from the courier's website. Upon delivery, please check that the packaging is intact and undamaged. If the package does not appear perfectly intact, accept the delivery with a reservation: clearly mark "received with reservation for damaged package" on the courier's delivery note. Immediately after, please contact us, and we will promptly resolve any issues. If the package is severely damaged, please refuse the goods and request to note "goods refused due to damaged package" on the delivery note. In this case, we will send you a new product in perfect condition.
