Packaging monitoring and inspection:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details directly from the courier’s website. Please check the packaging upon delivery to ensure it is intact and undamaged.
If the package is not completely intact, please accept the delivery with reservations: clearly write “Received with reservation due to damaged package” on the courier’s delivery note.
Immediately afterward, we invite you to contact us, and we will promptly resolve any issue.
If the package is severely damaged, please refuse the delivery and ask the courier to mark the receipt with “Goods refused due to damaged packaging.” In this case, we will send you a replacement product in perfect condition.
